I am giving it 5 stars because she always includes a free bottle for me. I have been using since she started tiktok, I have bought so many times bcoz it rlly works. My shower drain would always clog for so many years and I always laugh to my husband and say he doesn't need to buy drano now but instead use the money to buy the oil. Very good product, customer service and very helpful girl.
